The Government House in Victoria hosted a children's party for military families, complete with balloon animals, petting zoo, and miniature ponies. This was the first time we've heard Charlotte speak in publish – she called William, "Dada," and exclaimed, "Pop!" when playing with the balloons. There were too many endearing moments to count, but some of our favorites include Charlotte sitting on a dog named Moose, George squirting his family with a water gun, Charlotte cuddling a bunny, and George's adorable facial expressions while playing with bubbles.

Charlotte wore the Classic Handsmocked Dress – Blue and Coral (£74) by Pepa & Co., with coral embroidery on the front and matching stitching on the puff sleeves and peter pan collar. The back sash features one blue and one coral tie. Over the dress, she layered a blue cardigan from Spanish brand, Mi Lucero, as identified by Emily Andrews from The Sun, but Monique Jessen from People believes it is the same Amaia cardigan George wore during Charlotte's birth. It turns out they're both right.

George wore a 100% merino wool jumper, the Harry (£65), in Larkspur Blue by UK brand, Wild & Gorgeous over the Wine Checked Boys Shirt ($49.99) by Neck & Neck. This was paired with a pair of maroon shorts, possibly an older pair from m&h (with thanks to Bojana and What Kates Kids Wore), and a dashing new pair of shoes – the Barnie School moccasin in Navy (£55-£72) and Ribbed Knee Socks (starting at £7.95) in Navy , both available from Papouelli London.

We next expect to see the children when the Cambridges leave Canada this Saturday.
