They grow up so fast.
Prince George started 2016 with a bang – he’s officially a student at Westacre Montessori nursery school in Norfolk. With just 27 students attending the relatively affordable school, George will surely get plenty of individual attention during his 2-3 days a week in attendance. The Cambridges likely chose Westacre because Prince William also went to a Montessori school when he was younger and Princess Diana once worked as an assistant in a Montessori nursary. George reportedly had a good first day, and proud Mummy, Kate, captured and shared these two adorable photos commemorating the event.

The two-and-a-half year old wore a quilted, navy jacket from John Lewis with a plaid lined, detachable hood and brown elbow patches. Unfortunately, it’s no longer available, as it retailed for £30 in the 2013 Autumn/Winter collection. While a lucky few have scored the piece on eBay, you can shop Andy & Evan Little Boys' Blue Quilted Convertible Jacket or Barbour Boy’s Heritage Liddesdale Quilted Jacket to recreate the look.
You can’t go to school without a backpack, and George proudly sported a fun, aqua one. While the exact brand is unknown, your little one can don an equally stylish backpack with JanSport’s Half Pint Mini Backpack.
If you were lucky enough to snag the jacket on eBay or have any leads on the backpack, comment below or share pics with us on Twitter!
