With the birth of a Royal Baby comes loads of inspiration. Designers and brands have pulled out all the stops when it came to commemorating Princess Charlotte’s birth, and in the spirit of celebration, we’re ready to pull out our wallet’s for some of these gorgeous (and tasty) momentos! We’ve got the scoop on some of our absolute favorites including the timeless and the whimsical.
This limited edition dress is a handmade piece of art. The smocking and 70 hand embroidered roses are both done by hand! Yes, we said 70! This is the quality and attention to detail that made George’s darling sailboat romper so popular, and we wouldn’t expect anything less from the talented team at Les Petites Abeilles. The Charlotte Dress was available during Les Petites Abeilles’s recent private sale, but sold out during the event. Don’t worry though, they plan to restock it shortly.

You know Claudia Bradby from designing jewellery with the Duchess of Cambridge in the past, and now you can commemorate this momentous royal occasion with a piece from their new, limited edition collection. CB describes the special detail in these designs, “The Princess Charlotte Collection rejoices in family with the central acorn and crown design combining the heraldic crown of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with the acorn from the Middleton family crest.” This lovely combination symbolically represents the joining of the two families, and the pieces are thoughtfully designed with a hint of femininity and every choice thoughtfully evoking Princess Charlotte and her rich heritage. The collection includes a pendant, charm, bangle, and charm bracelet retailing between $52 and $265. We’re personally coveting that great bangle!

The Royal Collection Trust released an official set of commemorative chinaware and gifts with a gold and white motif celebrating the birth of the Princess. The carousel theme carries between ornaments, toys, and china. A favorite of PGP - the Royal Baby Tankard in English fine bone china finished using 22 carat burnished gold which retails for £39.00.

If you love mugs, but you’re looking for something a bit more colorful and sturdy than the Royal Collection Trust’s Tankard, look no further than Emma Bridgewater. The company specializes in “beautiful yet practical” pottery fit for everyday life. To commemorate Charlotte’s birth, you can purchase a “Hooray for Charlotte!” mug ($34.95) or decorative crown ($61.50). We love the enthusiasm!
Still haven’t had your fill of China to mark this wonderful occasion? We haven’t, either! We can spend all day looking at pretty things, and the Royal Crown Derby delivers with their

limited edition, Royal Baby Collection 2015. High on our wish list is the Gadroon Plate (only 750 are being produced) with the delightful scalloped edges. The design centers around the Princely Coronet of William, Charlotte’s initial, and a sweet pink ribbon. It is definitely worth treating yourself! This piece retails for £135.00.

For those that prefer coins to china, The Royal Mint has delivered a collectible silver proof coin to mark Charlotte’s birth. This handsome £5 coin retails for £80.00, but if you are looking for something extraordinarily exclusive, splurge on the version struck in 22 carat gold. This glorious coin comes presented in a wooden presentation box and retails for £1,800.00. The design will remind you of the coins released to celebrate George’s birth almost 2 years ago; they intentionally chose the same designer to keep the consistent family feeling.

Other commemorative releases we adore include the Biscuiteers Royal Baby Biscuit Tin (£39.50 and looking oh so delectable), the Milly Green Princess Charlotte Tea Towel (£9.50), and the extremely exclusive Taylors of Harrogate Charlotte blend of tea. Come to think of it, all of these would be useful for an afternoon snack! But you can keep the Licktator’s Breast Milk Ice Cream, which also celebrates Charlotte’s birth. We’re not quite that hungry yet.
One last note, if you haven’t checked them out yet, head over to Charlotte’s closet to see gorgeous images of each piece in her Irulea knit set. This is some seriously swoonworthy childrenswear.
