George Returns to Mustique!

The Cambridges have returned to Mustique for their annual vacation. This is George’s second trip to the island, where the family is celebrating both Kate’s recent birthday and Carole’s upcoming 60th. Last year, George wore a comfy, white onesie and an adorable, blue and white striped sun hat for his travels. For those of you hoping to repligeorge the look, splurge on this luxe, Dior babygrow or scoop up this organic, budget footie in white and pair it with a Zutano, striped sun hat. We imagine Kate dressed George in light colors and comfortable, breathable fabrics for this trip, as well. As in the past, the family is rumored to be staying at Villa Aurora and the adjacent Jasmine Cottage.
Although no pictures have emerged yet, Rebecca English discloses that fellow travellers observed George “was ‘impeccably behaved’, entertaining himself with soft toys on the nine-hour flight.” Eyewitness accounts say Cheeks was playing with a toy giraffe, possibly a Sophie the Giraffe teether, according to our friends at Royal Baby Watch, which retails for just $20.97.
This classic, children’s toy stimulates all of the baby’s senses, the company boasts of their design, and has been handmade in France since 1961. Celeb babies everywhere have been spotted with this favorite, traditional toy which uses all natural products. Five year old Freddie Dickinson gave the giraffe to Prince Charles as a present for Prince George around the time of the royal birth. We’ll just say we MIGHT have already purchased Sophie for every single baby in our lives… Royal Watcher suggests another possibility for the giraffe toy Georgie took with him during his travels - this plush giraffe from World Wildlife that represents a symbolic giraffe adoption. We hope to hear more first hand accounts or to acquire images to conclusively identify the toy.

Cheeks has reportedly taken weekly swimming lessons in the pool
at Buckingham Palace, and will undoubtedly enjoy splashing around in the sunshine. Perhaps he'll take his new inflatable duck and swimming bag! We cannot even contain our squees just imagining the cuteness as the family spends some quality time together before Royal Baby 2.0 arrives.
