I don't know about you, but we've been going through some serious Prince George withdrawels since the Royal Tour. Luckily for us, our favorite little royal showed up unannounced at the Jerudong Trophy Polo Match at the Cirencester Park Polo Club today, where both Prince William and Prince Harry were competing. The match raises funds for one of Prince William's charities, Centrepoint, and many will recall he didn't miss it last year - even with the birth of Prince George imminent.
As reported earlier this week, George is nearly walking, and the athletic little Prince even took a couple of kicks at a soccer ball! We're not surprised by his exceptional coordination, given his athletic parents, and will update if we are able to ID the toy.
Prince George's outfit was all repeats from the Royal Tour. He wore his Neck & Neck Red Stripes Short Overall first seen when leaving Australia at the end of the Royal Tour. He again paired it with a white polo shirt, possibly from Neck & Neck. We at PGP believe it could be this one, although it's hard to know for certain. Although the Neck & Neck overalls are now out of stock in red, you can still purchase a navy pair for $50.99. George completed the look with his navy Early Days Alex Pre-walkers and navy socks.
All of that tottering about can cause one to get thristy, and Kate offered George something to drink from a sippy cup that PGP has identified as the Tommee Tipee Essential Basics First Cup in blue. Of course, he took a sip from his dad's water bottle as well! While this exact cup doesn't currently retail in the US, you can find many similar Tommee Tipee options. PGP likes the First Sips Cup which retails for $6.79.
What a fun way to celebrate Father's Day! We can't wait to see more surprise outings as George continues to grow!
