A recent Daily Mail article gave insight into the already health conscious, future King’s diet and eating preferences (making healthy choices from infancy will allow us to proclaim confidently, long live the King!) According to this source, Prince George enjoyed Plum Organics baby food while strapped into a Stokke Baby Tripp Trapp whitewash high chair while Down Under. The intelligently designed high chair retails for $250, featuring a modern, clean silhouette that adjusts to accommodate baby as he or she grows by attaching accessories to fit the baby comfortably. These chairs are available in a variety of colors and cushion patterns, but we at PGP prefer the classic, clean whitewash chosen for Cheeks.
While his diet mainly consists of fresh, daily purees of organic fruits and vegetables, Nanny Maria also supplemented with Plum Organics (it must be difficult to keep up with the very hungry George, famously developing the cutest fat roll during the tour according to his mum). Plum Organics commits to developing unique yet nutritious flavors to develop a future foodie. The company, quite respectably, uses all certified, organic ingredients that are nutrient rich while staying away from anything genetically modified or unfriendly to the earth. They also strive toward creating stylish yet baby-safe packaging to leave Mum and Dad confident they’re providing the best for Baby George while on the go, as the Royals so often are. While Plum Organics comes in a variety of flavors, Daily Mail reports, “George’s favourites are spinach, sweet potato and apple puree, and broccoli with pear and raspberry.” PGP wants to try the roasted pumpkin and coconut rice blend as well as the pumpkin, dates, oats, and chia blend (why aren’t our meals this delicious sounding and wholesome?). You can purchase Plum Organics from their online shop, with most starter and variety packs retailing under $15, or you can pick them up at your local grocery supplier.
In other news, we have a new identification on George’s outfit at the conclusion of the tour, thanks to What Prince George Wore. His red and white striped, short dungarees are made by Neck & Neck, a children’s clothing company based in Spain. The Red Stripes Short Overall can be purchased for $50.99 and come in a pinafore version if you have a princess. It is certainly possible, although not confirmed, that Cheeks wore Neck & Neck’s matching White Detail Polo, retailing for $34.99, under the overalls. We wonder if Nanny Maria, hailing from Spain, introduced the Royals to this brand. We certainly aren’t complaining - His Royal Cuteness lived up to the title in this adorable outfit!
In case you haven’t been keeping track, check out our Pinterest page to see all of the gifts George received while on tour. Out of curiosity, we checked out the official Guidelines and Procedures relating to gifts, released by the British Monarchy in 2003. We’re happy to report that Prince George should be able to keep his loot, which was offered to him as souvenirs of his official visit.
